Governance and Transparency
Our Foundation is financed entirely with Company funds and has the support of its entire organizational structure to address its mission.
Project management is in the hands of our local teams, supported by Prosegur's support units, which allows for continuous monitoring of economic resources that is reported monthly to the financial area. In addition, our work is supervised by the Internal Audit department globally and external auditors locally.
As a corporate foundation, we follow the same procedures as the other areas: strategic plans (with qualitative and quantitative objectives), the 3P management system (Prosegur Policies and Processes) and Competence Centers to share best practices.
Equally important for us is transparency and good governance, which are reinforced through the control and risk management of our activity in the different countries, with a Manual for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. We also have our own Code of Ethics and Conduct, in accordance with the company's requirements.
