Opportunities that transform lives
With the driving force of education and the objective of employability, we contribute to the professional development of young people in vulnerable situations, providing them with training and facilitating their access to employment in the security sector.

In alliance with Movistar Prosegur Alarms and the EXIT Foundation, the initiative arose in response to the complex context of youth unemployment in Spain, connecting the needs of the company with talent seeking development opportunities.
The first edition of the Tailor-made Training Program as alarm installer technicians was held in Barcelona, with the participation of young people between 18 and 25 years old. The students received intensive training of more than 400 hours, covering theoretical modules, practical laboratory, workshops on transversal competencies and soft skills, with a focus on excellence and customer orientation. All this with the accompaniment of the company's professionals, in an alliance that generates shared value for the company and society.
Once the training period was over, 100% of the young people passed the selection tests and joined the Movistar Prosegur Alarms staff as installer technicians.
Given the positive results and based on the know-how acquired, the initiative has been replicated in Madrid and Lima, together with the Pachacútec Foundation.
In 2024, standout initiatives were carried out in Chile in collaboration with Prosegur Cash, Prosegur Alarms and the HR department, successfully strengthening our ties with the local community in which we operate: the Municipality of Renca. As part of this effort, we delivered talks at the Andes Polytechnic School, where Prosegur professionals trained teachers on how to adapt their curricula to the real needs of the industry.
