Because it's all about education, we promote initiatives to support the academic development of our employees and their children, and to spread environmental awareness. Soft skills, innovation and sustainability are the keys to our training projects.
Talent Scholarships
This programme recognises the academic achievement and dedication of Prosegur employees and their children, and is currently implemented in 14 countries across three continents: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Singapore, and Uruguay.
Tailored to the specific needs of each region, our scholarships support various types of educational pathways: secondary education, university or technical studies for employees’ children, and further education for employees themselves who combine study with their work at the company.
In response to today’s evolving educational landscape, we have introduced a new scholarship model. In partnership with the organisation Talento y Deporte, we now offer grants for employees’ children who compete in a federated sport and have an outstanding academic record, enabling them to pursue university studies in the United States.
Since 2007, the programme has awarded over 18,600 grants worldwide.
Summer/Winter Experiences
Immersive learning experiences designed to support the personal and academic development of Prosegur employees’ children during their school holidays. These include science and STEAM-themed camps held in both Spain and Latin America.
For pre-university students, we also promote the Acciónate programme: an initiative developed in collaboration with United World Colleges, a leading international educational network. Over the course of a week, participants strengthen key skills such as leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication through group projects and debates.
And we don’t forget about artistic vocations. Children of employees with musical talent can apply for scholarships to take part in the educational summer programme run by the Reina Sofía School of Music, held in an international and multicultural setting.

Our environmental education programmes aim to help children understand the importance of sustainable development, responsible resource management, and their own active role in protecting the environment. These values strengthen their social awareness and ecological thinking, insights that will stay with them for life.
